Dear Beautiful Beloveds,

It is with such Joy in my Heart that I Connect with You This Day.

I want to speak to you of many things, but none more so than the need to be very conscious of Clearing Your Energy Field of that which doesn’t Serve, and ReCentering in Your Own Beautiful Light Energy of LOVE At These Times.

So much of what you see in The Collective is disturbing for You At This Time.

After you have seen, talked, or heard about such things - the Energy of them remains in your Energy Field to a certain degree, taking you out of your Center, and subduing slightly the Frequency of Light Held In Your Aura.

This is about Energetic Hygiene.

You will inevitably encounter at times that which causes you to feel filled with anger, rage, bitterness, sadness; perhaps even a feeling of hopelessness, and so forth.

It’s important that after the moment provoking such emotions has passed, you take care that their emotional frequency does not linger too long in your field.

Let yourself feel the Emotion fully, yes. That is also important.

But then Release it.

It is not necessary - or Supportive in the Light-Embodiment You Are Here To Fulfil - to allow such denser Frequencies to stay in your Field for too long.
