That we see the Beauty and Light that you are Embodying, the Love that you are sharing in the world.

We wish you to know that we are so very proud of all of you and the way that you are supporting The Sacred Divine Feminine as it Rises on the Earth Plane at this time.

This Rising of The Sacred Divine Feminine has been centuries in the making, and each of you who are reading this has contributed to it at a very high level; whether in this lifetime or in another or - as is the case for many of you - in many, many of your lifetimes.

This is the time for which you have come to the Earth.

You have come to Ignite the Sacred Divine Feminine to Rise through your Sacred Incarnation of Embodied Light.

We ask you to Stay Strong in your Sacred HeartSpace and Trust your own Intuitive Wisdom and Guidance.

It is in Honoring your own Guidance that you are able to Grow. That you Honor your Self and Allow yourself to step into all that it is that you came here to Be, Do and Share.

We Honor the Light in you.

Do not be alarmed if sometimes you see something within yourself that needs to be Integrated.

This will usually show up as a part of yourself that you don't like as very much, or feel somewhat shameful about.

See this as a chance, a Sacred Opportunity given to you by the Light Of Who You Are to Transmute this shadow or pain and return it to Light.

You are doing so well Dear Ones.

We wish to Honor each and every single one of you for the Light you are Embodying as you walk on the Earth, both Individually and as a Collective.

Our Message today is addressed specifically to those of you who chose to incarnate as women in this lifetime. Know yourselves held in the bosom of the Divine Feminine Of Absolute Light. Know yourselves Seen.

Know Yourselves Valued.

Know Yourselves Heard.

We ask you to also Know Your Own Value.

We wish you to Know that every contribution you make to the world that comes from the space of your loving heart is of Value, however small or insignificant it may seem to you.

We wish you to Know that the Divine Feminine Of Absolute Light sees you, holds you in Love, and Honors the Great Beauty and Essential Value that you contribute to the world with every glance of your eye, with every word that pours forth from your mouth; with everything that you Be and Do and Are in each and every Sacred Moment Of Now.

You Are Love.

We wish you to give yourself credit for the Love That You Are; the Gift That You Are.

We now wish to speak to you of how to harness the energy of 2019.

This year is about letting go of illusions about Who You Are.

This year is about letting go of old roles that you have played, and allowing yourself to embrace the Truth of Who You Are in your Purest and Highest Soul Essence - the Soul Essence that you also Embody when you walk on the Earth as physical form connected to your Sacred HeartSpace and living from this place.

This Light of Who You Are has been hidden from you, but now it is rising in you again.

The two most important qualities of Being for you to Embody this year are your Light and your Love.

First we would like to ask that you do this by living into your authentic Self, the one who you came here to be.

Only you know who she is and what she likes to do. It is important that you journey within so that you may discover these things.

Do not let anyone tell you that you are not good enough. You are perfect exactly as you are. You are the Sacred Expression of the Divine Feminine here on Earth.

Do not let anyone contradict the Knowing of your Heart.

You came here to live as an individuated aspect of Source, and as such you may find that your journey is not always understood by those around you.

That is okay. You came here to live your journey. They came here to live theirs. This is as it should be, for none is expected to live according to the expectations of others.

It is important as you move forward that you live into the Divine aspects of your femininity and release any and all lower expressions of the feminine or masculine Self.

Be the Light That You Are.

This is all that is asked of you, and this is the path to Great Freedom, Happiness, and Joy within yourself.

Love yourself and love those around you. There is no other path for you to walk.

It is as simple as this.

You do this first by Releasing the limiting thoughts and judgements you have held about yourself.

Know that you are perfect exactly as you are, wherever you are on your journey. All is a growing-into.

In each and every Sacred Moment Of Now you are coming face to face with an opportunity to Know Yourself as you Soul’s Highest and Purest Essence of Love. Choose to Express and Embody the Love That You Are.

There is not greater Mastery than this.

As you do this, you will naturally find yourself Releasing judgements about others also.

Second, live into your Joy. One can only Be Light in the world when one is filed up with a deep authentic Joy in Being.

To do this, do more of what you love, and less of that which beings your emotions into some kind of conflicted state. Your emotions are given to you as a Guide to your Soul’s Truth.

Follow your Joy and you will lead yourself directly to your Truth; the Truth of Who You Are when you are Expressed as One with the Divine; the Embodiment of your Infinite Soul.

Who you are in your Soul Essence is Absolute Love, Absolute Joy and Absolute Light.

Absolute Love is all that exists.

Absolute Love Is Absolute Joy. Absolute Love Is Absolute Light.

We wish you to know that you can never be separated from or apart from the Absolute Love That You Are; no matter how unworthy you believe you are or what others may tell you.

Next, we wish to speak to you of the essential nature of existing in and from the Heart. The Sacred HeartSpace is where all Truth is to be found; whether this be the Truth of Who You Are in your Essential Essence of Absolute Love, Absolute Peace and Absolute Joy; or the Truth that you carry within that allows you to Connect to and Align with your Most Absolute Highest Soul Purpose.

The more you connect to and exist in and from the Sacred HeartSpace, the more the Re-membrance of Who You Are will naturally open up for you, and you will find yourself easily and effortlessly aligning with that which you came here to Be and Do and Have and Experience.

Trust in the wisdom of your Heart.

She Knows Who and What you came here to Be. Each and every day she is Guiding you towards this with her gentle nudges in one direction or away from another. When you make choices, follow and choose that which gives you Joy and uplifts you, at the same time as allowing you to be of Service to others where this is appropriate. Do not be a martyr and do something only because you think you have to, even though it does not bring you Joy. It is important that your Service Work in the world brings YOU Joy as well as the people you Serve.

Trust in yourself.

Trust in yourself to know what is right for you.

Trust in yourself to love yourself enough to honor and listen to the whispers of your Heart.

Do not give your power away to others. Do not let them decide what is ‘right’ for you. Do not give away your power by standing in your Unknowingness instead of your Knowingness. Know that you have all the answers within your Sacred HeartSpace.

Seek first within.

Only then ask for confirmations of what it is you have felt and perceived and seen.

This is the way to stand in your own Power and Embody your own Light.

Allow yourself to Receive the Signs that are put on your path with an open heart, Trusting in your Knowing that they are meant for you and are a confirmation that the path you are on is the right one for you at this time.

This may change. The more you Grow, Expand and Evolve, the more you open yourself up to Embody.

If you do not Receive such Signs, do not think that you are not connected to your Guidance. Different people Receive Confirmation in different ways.

Make sure to always Act on the Guidance you Receive.

It is no longer enough to simply Connect to your Guidance and Receive it. We in the Higher Realms are looking to work with people who Decisively Act on what they Receive.

Last, allow yourself to Know yourself as the Embodiment of Love in the World.

Start to perceive yourself as the Love That You Are in your thoughts, your words, and your actions. Honor yourself. Honor the Love That You Are - that you show each time you make yourself vulnerable - displaying your kindness, your gentleness, your compassion. Show the Tenderness That You Are, existing in and from the Open Heart. These feminine qualities are needed now more than ever before as you move into the next stages of your Evolution as the collective of the human race.

It is not only the Divine Feminine that must come forward at this time, but also the Divine Masculine - both in your masculine counterparts that inhabit the same time-space Dimension, and also within each of you. It is essential that the attributes of the Divine Masculine are called forth from within each of you and Embodied, so that the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine are brought into Perfect Balance And Harmony within you. This may look a little different for each of you. Each of you have unique Gifts of Beingness to give and to share with the Whole.

Stand tall in your Knowingness of the Love and the Light that you are. These are the qualities of the Infinite Embodied in you.

Do not pay attention to those who would ridicule you or make you feel small. Let them go. Their words are nothing but a ripple on a passing stream. You have the Infinite within you. You Are The Infinite, As Are They - each of you choosing to express in different ways. Let them have their own journey and experience themself in the way that they have decided to in their choices up to this point, and send them a silent Blessing of Love to support them as they move forward from now.

You are to Be Love, but you are not to lay yourself down for others to walk over. You are to Be Love in a Strong and Powerful Way, choosing the path that puts you and your connection with your Soul and the Joy that this brings first. Nothing is more important than this. You came here to Re-member and Embody more of yourself - more of the Light That You Are, more of the Love That You Are. Let this be your main focus; let this be what you live into as you move forward into the year ahead.

This is how we would have you ride the energy of 2019, for in doing this you will be able to align with your Most Absolute Highest Timeline.

This is to be a powerful year for many of you, with great change and expansion. Do not contract yourself in fear when you think of change, but allow yourself to be open to the beautiful vista of possibility and potential that lies before you, and steadily and surely make choices that are aligned with that which you want to Be and Bring Forth in the world.

You are here to be Powerful.

You are here to be Love.

Do not neglect either of these things, for they are both important. It is only when right balance is achieved between what many perceive as these two polarities that you can step forward into the life of your Soul’s wildest dreams.

Dearly Beloved Ones,

What an Expansion of Light you are bringing onto the planet. As each of you dearly beloved ones opens your Heart to your Guidance and eagerly and carefully follows it, taking steps to act on and Embody that which is being asked of you, you expand your Light until you become like a Beacon .

You do not yet know the enormity of all that you have been able to step into and Embody. You do not know how differently you walk in the world to the way others do. You are not yet aware of the Enormity of your own Light.

You do not yet know the Enormity of your Willingness to Surrender to Highest Source Light and to Be and Walk as the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine Intertwined here on Earth. How that in and of itself is enough.

We wish you to see yourself the way we do: to see yourself a a Beacon of Light.

Acknowledge yourself for all that you have been able to expand into. See yourself as Light Walking in the World, your Light radiating out to touch others wherever you go.

We wish you to know how much we Honor you for all that you are doing on behalf of the Expansion and Integration of Light into the Physical Realm. We wish for you to Honor your Self. We wish for you to feel safe and held by the entire Cosmos. We wish you to know that in 2019 things are going to accelerate, and all that you have been working on and practicing the Embodiment of is going to grow and develop into a much more solidified energy that you take with you wherever you go, and that will allow you to upgrade your Work in the World to the next level.

We wish you to celebrate yourself, for you are doing so well.

And now we wish to speak to you of the recent lunar eclipse. Any eclipse is a portent of change. This one is especially potent becomes it comes at the start of a New Year, and this combined with the energy of the 3 that is the energy of this year in linear time 2109 also amplifies the potent energy of the eclipse. You may harness this energy to step into the Mastery of the Divine Trinity of Divine Masculine, Divine Feminine and Divine Child within you.

Here is how: Go and stand under the moon before the end of this week that ends on January 27, 2019. Allow yourself to feel the Light of the moon wash over you. Give thanks to the moon for assisting you in Releasing all that which no longer Serves you and Supporting you in Integrating the Embodiment of the Divine Masculine, Divine Feminine and Divine Child within you.

This is also to be your focus for much of the year ahead.

It is important that you Honor each of these aspects within yourself, giving each what it needs.

We will speak to the Divine Masculine first. You must Embody the Divine Masculine by creating clear and effective boundaries that allow you to create time for and honor the Sacred Ritual of Communing with the Essence of Self that lives within the Heartspace and the Highest Guidance that you are able to Receive.

We wish you to also incorporate the qualities of the Divine Masculine in your life by giving structure to your days in such a way that what is being birthed within you is able to come forth and take shape in the physical world.

Next, to speak to the Divine Feminine. She is beautiful in her Power and Majesty and she is what we see Rising in you. Do not make yourself small for anyone. Do not pretend that the things you have to say are not of great import. Do not dim your Light to make another feel better about themselves.

The Divine Feminine is alive in your desire to Shine and Radiate your Light in a way that Blesses all those around you. She is your desire to nourish yourself; to take care of yourself before others, so that you can serve them with a loving and willing heart. She is manifest in your desire to dance and to sing; to engage in Creative Acts; to let the imagination roam; to allow the body to rest; to allow the body to play.

She is present in your growing Love for Self. She is present in your ability to Release things that no longer Serve you without clinging to the familiar because it is what you have always known.

Honor the Divine Feminine within you by taking enough time to rest, and by doing that which you love and that nurtures you. Allow yourself to tap into and Activate your Creative energies when you are creating your dream and vision for the future - for the rest of 2019 and Beyond.

And lastly to speak of the Divine Child that exists within you, and is often mistakenly called ‘the Inner Child.’ First and foremost, allow her or him to play for this is what s/he most loves to do. It is your role to create safe spaces in which your Divine Child feels lovingly held and seen and able to play freely without any judgement of Self passed on you by you. Do your Divine Child the Service of withholding all judgements about yourself; changing them for a new and more loving thought as soon as you spot them on the horizon of your thought process. Judgemental thoughts are low vibration and do not belong in the Fifth Dimension And Above.

Within The Fifth Dimension And Above, all is Love.

Judgements are the very opposite of that which you call ‘Love,’ Allow your Divine Child the freedom to be exactly who s/he is, without putting restrictive demands or expectations on her or him.

Especially do not expect her or him to be perfect, or hold that standard up as one to aspire to.

You were not Incarnated into the Physical World in order to be perfect. Perfection is what you are in the spaces between lifetimes; but in each and every Incarnation certain experiences and situations are chosen and given to you by the Absolute Light of your Soul in order that you may forget the perfection of who you are, only to have the Remembrance of it Activated again.

Your Perfection, or lack of it, has never been a question.

How can you be other than that which is perfect when you are in your Most Essential Essence Absolute Oneness with Absolute Light?

To come back to that which you call ‘Love’ and the human understanding of Love. Love is All That Is. It is an understanding that everything in its totality is okay, even the parts of yourself or others that your human self wants to reject or doesn’t want to see. In the Oneness Of Light that is All That Is, all is embraced; all is held and seen with Love, Compassion and Understanding.

Dearly Beloved Ones,

It is with great love in my heart for each of you that I have followed your progress to this point. Each of you have been deepening into the process of the Connection with the Soul Light that you are in essence; releasing old identities and that which no longer Serves you and allowing yourself to step into a Far Higher Embodiment of Your Truth.

This is not always an easy process, and much discomfort may be felt at times. Discomfort shows you where you are growing into something more than you have thus far been. Shrug this discomfort off like shrugging off a shawl, seeing it as a mantle that has held you fixed to old identities and your old ideas about who you are. It is not the Truth of who you are, nor aligned with who you are in your Truth; only the veneer of the old beliefs that you have held about yourself.

Step forth in grandeur and Embody the New You that is Emerging.

This is what is being Seeded at this start of a new year.

It is important to go within and discover what you want to grow and expand into, and what wants to be given birth to through you this year. Look for a word that encapsulates each of these things, and hold these two words close to your heart throughout the year.

Yes, you are Rising dearly Beloved one.

You are Ascending.

Growing into the Embodiment of All That You Came here to Be.

As the caterpillar shrugs off its skin before it emerges as the magnificent butterfly; so you must shrug off the mantle of your old and limiting beliefs about yourself so that you may live as the Embodied free and beautiful Being of Light That You Are.

I wish you each to know that I, as part of the Divine Mother Consciousness Of Absolute Light, am so proud of you all. It is not an easy task that you have set yourself - to remember the Truth of who you are while you are living in a physcial body in the physical world.

There are many distractions that come up each day that would tell you what you are not, rather than what you are. There are many things that come up and momentarily take you out of alignment with the Absolute Love and Absolute Light that you are in your Essence. I wish you not to believe these untruths and to constantly come back to the Truth of the Absolute Love and the Absolute Light That You Are.

It is with a mother’s eyes and a mother’s heart that I see you.

I see the Absolute Light and the Absolute Love That You Are. I know that everything that comes into your experience is to bring you back into a Higher Expression And Embodiment of this,

You came here to be Love; to Be Light.

To Know yourself as these things; and in doing so Know yourself as One with The Absolute Love and The Absolute Light that is All That Is.

I am here to support you in this. You can call on me to support you anytime you have forgotten the Light and the Love that is who you are. With a mother’s gentleness I will bring you back to who you are and reconnect you with the Love and the Light that you are in your Essence if you allow me to do so,

By asking You Allow.

In closing I wish to ask you to take care of yourselves better. To honor your own needs first; not turning all your energy, care and attention outwards.

You are birthing a new planet. That requires a lot of time, energy and dedication. Many of you are devoted vessels for Source to work through. We thank you for this Service. I wish to remind you to also nurture yourself.

It is only when you are filled up with the Light and the Love and the Joy That You Are that you can be aligned with your Highest Truth and be of the Most Absolute Highest Service in the world in the way that you, uniquely, came here to be.

The way to do this is by nourishing yourself first; allowing yourself to make yourself your priority.

Nourish yourself first, and the Light That You Are will naturally radiate out into the world around you and touch New Yearall those with whom you connect.

Beloved Daughters and Beloved Sons you who are Embodying the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine here in the Earth Plane,

It is time for you to Rise, for the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine upon the Planet to Rise; to be Seen and Valued.

Behold the dawning of a New Age; a New Earth. One in which the old limitations and consciousness are transmuted and all living upon the Earth's surface Ascend into a Higher Vibration of Love.

That is the frequency you are here to hold. You do this by Mastering it within yourself so that you may be the Light for others. This is what it means to Be the Embodiment of Love and the Embodiment of Light living on the Planet.

That is what many of those whom you call Ascended Masters who have come before you have done. In this sense you are their Descendants and may also refer to yourselves as Ascended Earth Masters.

Each of you are Transcending and Transmuting that which comes from your human lineage and stepping instead into the Embodiment of your Infinite Self. This is the part of you that is One With All That Is and knows no limitation, no fear, no restriction, and no judgement of Self or Others.

This is the Greatness and Magnitude of the Love that you are here to Embody and ground into the Earth Plane - you the Wayshowers; the Gatekeepers; and the Forerunners.

I call you this for although the rest of humanity has a lot of catching up to do, all are to be brought through this Gateway of Ascension or to leave this planet in the natural way. It is you who are reading this now who are the Gatekeepers, the Wayshowers and the Forerunners who in your Embodiment of the Light Raise the Consciousness of the Whole. You show by your example those who come after you how to Embody Light. You also support others in their Ascension and support the Ascension of the Planet by holding the frequency of Light and Love here by Embodying these qualities in your life.

This is the Greatness and the Magnitude of your Role here.

This is the Light That You Are In The World.

You Are The Christed Light Of Love For Self And Others.

You may not feel yourself to be particularly Love-filled or Light-filled; you may not feel yourself to be the Physical Embodiment of Love and Light walking the Earth Plane. You will still have moments - perhaps many of them - when your human self is dominant over your Higher Self. That is okay, although it is important that you constantly refocus your attention on Being The Embodiment Of The Love And The Light That You Are.

I see the work that you do on yourself and the work that you do in the world and I am pleased. I tell you that in choosing to Release that which is not aligned with the Higher Dimensions and to Embody Love, Forgiveness, Compassion and Non-Judgement of Self and Others in all the places you are able, you are already Embodying far more Love and far more Light than you know. It is Becoming What You Are in each Moment Of Now.

This is what it means to Be Love.

This is what it means to Walk As Light on the Planet.

Each of you is at a different stage and this is okay, for it is a continuous process of unfolding. Just as a flower continues to unfold and bloom into more of her beauty; so you continue to unfold and bloom into more of the Love That You Are which is Your Beauty.

I wish you to focus on the Light that you are and the Love That You Are and turn your attention away from the rest. Everything else is in the past and no longer exists.

Put all your Attention on this precious Moment Of Now and the Love and the Light that you are Choosing to Be in it.

Beloved Ones,

I wish to speak to you today of Absolute Love and Absolute Compassion and the Absolute Love and Absolute Compassion that You Are In Your Truth.

You must first know that both Love and Compassion can only begin with yourself.

If you wait for another to give you the Love You Desire or show you the Compassion You Wish To Receive, you will always feel Lack in some Aspect of your Being.

You must Give The Love And Compassion You Desire To Yourself.

It follows that you can only experience genuine Love or Compassion for Another when you have first felt genuine Love and Compassion for Yourself.

How can you feel Compassion for another, if you have not seen the places within you that are Asking For Your Compassion and Loved Them Where They Needed To Be Loved; Poured The Healing Salve of Forgiveness on Yourself where it was needed?

These are the first steps in Mastering the Arts Of Self-Love And Self-Forgiveness - the prelude to the Embodiment of Absolute Love and Absolute Compassion For Self And All Beings.

When you have Loved Yourself enough to Forgive Yourself for that which you perceive as wrong or lacking in you, only then you are ready to Embrace and See another with the eyes of Love, Forgiveness and Compassion.

Prior to that you may feel pity or even sympathy for another, but not True Compassion.

True Compassion is born of Love for Another as A Being Of Light incarnated in human form as you yourself are; combined with a deep understanding of the human condition that results from the experiences you have lived and/or witnessed during your Incarnation.

This deep understanding of the human condition is what enables you to Offer Unconditional Acceptance And Unconditional Forgiveness Towards Another, as you have Accepted and Embraced Yourself - Honoring the Light You Are but not feeling ashamed of any lingering Shadow Aspects: You Know their Purpose: To be your Teacher and guide you as you Navigate the Lessons you came to learn in this lifetime. To show you where you still need to move into a Greater Embodiment of the Eternal Light, Love, Joy, Pecae and Compassion That You Are at the Center of the Core of Your Being.

To feel the kind of True Compassion for another in which you Honor the Light That They Are And Honor The Journey They Are On without wanting to change it in any way, first you must have felt a depth of Love and Compassion for Yourself and Your Own Journey; seen that even though at times you have felt like you were not on your Right Path, everything in your Life has led to this Sacred Moment Of Now Which Is Perfect In And Of Itself.

This is True Compassion - when you can Hold Another In Light wherever they are on their Journey; and be a background Presence of Unconditional Love and Compassion that is always there for them to turn to if they so wish, in order that you may help them to Remember The Light, The Love And The Joy That They Are And See And Value This In Themself.

And now to speak of Absolute and Unconditional Love for Self and All Others.

This is what you are all aiming to return to during your Incarnation - that you may experience yourself while Incarnated in a Physical Body as The Absolute Light And Absolute Love That You Are.

In order to Embody Complete and Unconditional Love For Self, you must Accept all the parts of Yourself that you have disliked and/or felt to be lacking in the past.

You can only do this by being the Embodiment of Self-Compassion.

So you see that in many ways Love and Compassion are One And The Same thing.

Compassion is born of Love:

Compassion -Is- Love.

To Be Compassion Is To Be Love.

To Be Love Is To Be Compassion.

To Be The Embodiment Of Absolute Love In The World Is To Be Absolute Compassion Towards Yourself And All Other Beings.

I am a new visitor to your page. I wish you to think of me as "Mary, Mother of Jesus, of Absolute Light," for this is a title that most of you will resonate with and find it easy to comprehend a little of What I Am.

I am a Representative of the Sacred Divine Feminine Energy that is now permeating your Earth Plane.

It is tasked to me to help you move into more compassion, more gentleness, more of the Love That You Are And I Am.

In fact, We All Are.

I wish you to know that Compassion begins with yourself.

To remember this always.

Too many of you are very forgiving of others, and at the same time very harsh on yourself.

You chose to come into the world and forget who you are in order to then remember: I Am Love. I Am Light. I Am One With The Sacred All That Is.

When you do not honor yourself with the Compassion that you are intrinsically worthy of, then you limit your ability to see the Light That You Are Everywhere You Go; the Light That You Are In Everything You Do.

You Are Light.

It is Intrinsic In You.

Light Is All There Is.

There is no distinction between The Light That You Are And The Light That I Am.

All Is Light.

You must remember that when you chose to come to the Earth Plane, you didn't mean to forget The Truth Of Who You Are permanently, only for a short time.

This was meant to be an experiment to allow yourself to experience yourself more deeply as The Absolute Love And Absolute Light That You Are.

This is all there is: Absolute Light And Absolute Love.

In your Compassion for yourself, allow yourself to see yourself in your Truth and to Know yourself as the Absolute Love And Absolute Light That You Are.
